Whether your plans involve an Elite Shares residence with travel by private jet, or you are simply seeking an exotic automobile for a last minute drive to Napa Valley for the weekend, your membership representative will handle all the details.

3. Value- for less than the cost of a down payment on a second vacation home, our members will have access to a world of options of luxury amenities under one membership. Unlike most fractional ownership clubs specializing in either destination properties, jets, exotic automobiles or other services, your elite shares Membership will provide total access to all of the above amenities and more through our strategic partnerships and with the most reputable vendors within the travel and leisure industry.
   
   

1. There are two Membership Plans to choose from, both of which provide access to the same luxury residences and services that Elite Shares offers worldwide. If am member chooses to leave Elite Shares for any reason, 100% of the original membership fee left on deposit is refundable after one (1) year of enrollment into elite Shares.
   
   There are Two types of membership-
   Premium and Lifestyle
   Both categories allow Members access to all luxury amenities including all resort properties both national and international, private jet charters, exotic automobiles and additional amenities. Premium Members receive discounted rates on all properties and flat fee jet charter pricing and Lifestyle Members pay a slightly higher hourly and daily rate on all club amenities.
   
   The number of new memberships each year is restricted so that we can maximize availability and protect our status as a private and exclusive club. This means that on average, your properties will only be occupied for approximately half of the year.
   
   Premium Membership
   Premium Membership gives Members access to all of their luxury homes, jet charters and exotic cars throughout the year. Premium members are guaranteed best rate pricing on all club amenities.

   • Annual Cost Contribution: $12,000
   
   Lifestyle Membership
   Looking for a smaller commitment but still want the service and access to all club amenities? The Lifestyles membership allows new members total access to amenities on a “pay as you go” basis. Lifestyle members pay the $12,000 annual fee upon activation of membership and deposit funds on an as needed basis for all access to club amenities. Lifestyle members pay higher daily, hour and access fees for club amenities than premium members with full funds deposit.
   • Lifestyle Membership Share: Minimum Deposit $20,000 pay as you go
   • Annual Cost Contribution: $12,000
   
   First-year Annual Dues are paid when you activate. Annual Dues are paid every year on your membership anniversary date.
   
   

Elite Shares currently offers destinations which consist of private residences as well as Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and St. Regis residences worldwide. Locations include Aspen, San Diego, Beverly Hills, St. Thomas, the Carribean, New York, Mexico and South Africa. In most instances, our residences have at least 3 bedrooms and over three thousand square feet of living space. Besides the size and the ability to accommodate our members, compared to a luxury hotel, our residences can offer better privacy or our located in the middle of all the action a destination has to offer. Our residences are unique, and may be featured in magazines such as Robb Report, Conde Nast, Travel + Leisure, and boast designs by top architects and developers.

Elite Shares will provide residences through our global network and partner program that are located on beaches, in the mountains, in jungles, in metropolitan areas and within luxury resorts. No matter what the location, members can always be assured that the Elite shares residence program and services will be complete .

Yes. We have an open reservation policy in which members may reserve a specific residence 365 days in advance. Space available reservations are for 90 days to 1 day in advance.

All members are provided with pre-arrival itinerary and confirmations, transportation services, concierge services, housekeeping and and post-trip services. Whether planning a romantic honeymoon or anniversary vacation or corporate retreat holiday, needing concert or show tickets, or VIP access to private clubs, Elite Shares will provide assistance through every step or manage the entire experience.

Yes. In most club destinations, a member of Elite Shares will have access to resort style amenities including golf courses, beach clubs, spas, etc. In some instances, the member will and can have the service within the residence itself.

Elite Shares holds itself to financial transparency. Member funds will be held at Bank of America. All club members will receive monthly financial statements and indicators on a monthly basis showing credit balances. Elite shares will keep in compliance with all regulations. Each Elite Shares member will receive a Bank of America Visa card titled in their name with complete access to funds from any Bank of America or ATM world wide. The Elite Shares Club Visa card will act as a prepaid debit card providing access as payment for all club amenities.
